At Bioregenly, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make things right.

Refunds

We will issue a refund for any product that is defective or spoiled upon arrival. To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and a description of the issue.

We will also accept returns for unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for products that have been opened.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Once we have received your returned product, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product, minus any shipping fees.

Shipping

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during shipping. If you have concerns about the handling of your order, we recommend selecting a shipping option with tracking and insurance.
